Love

Came across this on youtube. I don't know if this can be applied universally. My experience has been that the second time we fall in love, there is a host of emotion. It is more layered and more complex. 

I never experienced betrayal, however, I just never could get out the second love. Thereafter the Mind works overtime, and never lets you put your guard down The heart might want to love with abandon, but the mind holds back, constantly cautioning and second-guessing every emotion. In my case, my second love blossomed again as the third love, the feeling was amazing. but mind always played overtime, constantly cautioning. 

I wonder what other experience.

Coaches Gyan - Want, Can, Do

This morning, in yet another never-ending deep life talk, Sweety was trying to recruit me as her personal life coach. Spoiler alert: I wasn’t applying. We meandered through the usual playlist — dreams, goals, confusion, career, soul-searching — you know, the kind of existential crisis playlist that hits you twice daily:  One at 9 AM thinking about what work to do and One at 10:30 PM when Wi-Fi is strong and self-doubt is stronger. Somewhere in that intellectual dhobi ghat of thoughts, I had a brain ka bulb-on moment : "Understanding the difference between what you want to do, what you can do, and what you actually do… is the secret to shanti (inner peace)." Life of my Dreams!

Beaches are my most favorite. Watching sunrises, sunsets, listening to the gushing waves, walking barefoot on the soft sand, watching birds fly over gives me immense calmness and satisfaction. I could spend   days at end just being there! A small house with open floor plan, floor to ceiling windows, with plenty of air and sunlight, with some trees and plants outdoor and indoors overlooking the beach as my abode. An art room with inspiring views of sun, sand and water with all the art supplies that trigger creativity.   A small kitchen garden with herbs and veggies, a kitchen with basic amenities to whip up some soulful wholesome meals. A curated collection of books and soulful music that inspire positive thoughts and aid in the journey of finding peace and joy.     This is the life I dream of… Will I have a strong will to be all by myself living this dream?  Will I long for a companion who is willing to walk hand in hand on the sandy shores and share my dreams? ...
