Make a Wish...

In life, I have come to realize, our time on this planet is a gift In a few years, everyone who knows us will be gone,  Including those whose opinions have held us back from pursuing our true desires During the time we spend on this planet If only ......we could spend time mastering self-control and calmness so that, Our mood does not shift based on the actions of someone else, We do not get disturbed by emotions trying to overpower our intelligence, or allow others to control an aspect of your life

New Beginning!

I never thought I would make an attempt to write, come out of my bubble that I have built over decades and share my thoughts and feelings. Well, there is always a first time. With encouragement and support from a dear one, I am beginning this journey today! I am very unsure how this will go but I am ready to explore and discover myself along the way… Life’s Experiences and Revelations: I started on this journey of introspection and self discovery almost a decade ago. Knowingly or unknowingly I had self created a turmoil in my life couple of years ago that lead to a series of conflicts and a roller coaster of emotions. As I worked through my emotions over time, I realized that the only way to come out of it is to make a conscious effort one step at a time to bring closure and make peace within oneself. I also realized that my journey to reconciliation may not align with others, closure for me may not mean closure for everyone involved at the same time. This thought process gave me motiv...

Relationships We all are unique pieces of art, best displayed in our own museum. Our personal ‘art’ may not always fit the ‘decor’ our partners bring. Minor customization of our art can help, but a fundamental misfit remains a misfit. Peace Peace is the ability to focus deeply on one thing without distractions. True peace needs no external stimulants—no liquor, caffeine, nicotine, or drugs. Some find peace in spirituality, others in love, and some through passions like art or sport. It's natural for youth to find focus in sex Attraction In youth, physical attraction dominates. With age, mental connection enhances physical attraction. The most profound orgasm is when minds align and bodies intertwine.

What a week

This week has been an absolute roller coaster ride of emotions that I struggle to put into words. It kicked off with the nervous excitement and butterflies of finally reuniting with someone dear after ages. What started with a little hesitation and silence, transformed into a magical journey down memory lane, where each moment seemed to sparkle with the nostalgia of our shared past. We talked about everything—our dreams, our fears, and the profound yearning and emptiness that lingers in our hearts. As that initial meeting unfolded, our hearts, once separated by time, distance, and trust, reconnected with the joyful reunion even more deeply, finding solace in each other's embrace and understanding in each whispered word. And as the week drew to a close, amidst the warmth of shared glances, we reached a sweet agreement on the path ahead. It's been a week of - rediscovering the connection, and intimacy, building castles in the air, and cherishing every fleeting moment together. Kn...

D day

Image
D-Day is famously remembered as the Allied invasion of Normandy during World War II. Yet, for many of us, there's a different D-Day etched in our calendars, one that brings a pit to our stomachs: the day we encounter the people who made a significant impression on us. The lead-up feels like waiting to defuse a bomb. The wounds of separation are still tender, concealed beneath a fragile layer of scar tissue. When the relationship consisted of mostly the highs, every memory floods back vividly.  Anxiety coils tighter with each passing hour. Then comes the white lie. A mumbled "catching up with an old friend" to our significant other, and a desperate attempt to maintain a facade of normalcy. The truth, a jumble of unresolved emotions, feels too intricate to unravel. No words can fully convey the emptiness that lingers or the echo of a past life. Yet, amid the turmoil, there remains hope. Hope that there won't be awkward small talk, forced laughter, or uncomfortable silen...

Silence

Image
The aftermath of a relationship can be a confusing labyrinth of emotions even decades later.  Recent email exchanges sent me on a whirlwind tour of sadness, joy, and frustration – all familiar territory for anyone who's ever loved. Knowing that someone sees your soul laid bare, like the lines on the palm, is a powerful indication of intimacy. Knowing that you see someone's soul laid bare, like the lines on their palm is equally powerful intimacy. When two people know each other so well, It can be comforting, a testament to a shared history! But it can also be maddening when that intimacy curdles into silence. The emotional rollercoaster is real – sadness for what might have been, anger at missed opportunities, and a constant "what if" playing on repeat.  We cycle through these emotions, yearning for a different path, a different ending. Sometimes, silence speaks volumes.  Perhaps, there are unspoken reasons, a "greater good" given the number of lives we have...

20-20 World cup

20-20 world cup is over, Team India prevailed, they faced difficult situations on the way, and they kept their calm in the last few overs to win crunch games against Pakistan during league stages, and then against South Africa in the finals. With this, we ended the 17-year wait to win the cup.  During the press conference post the match Rohit Sharma said "Very hard to sum up what we have been through for the last 3-4 years. We work very hard as a team, a lot has gone on behind the scenes. It is not today, it is what we have been doing for the last 3-4 years. We have played many high-pressure games and come on the wrong side too. But the guys understand what is to be done when the back is against the wall, we stuck together and the guys, all of us really wanted to win this really bad." In the last year, the team has reached the finals for the Test Championship, One Day Worldcup, and now 20-20 World Cup. So obviously they are doing something right. This encapsulates what we, a...
